It is recommended that all ice machines are cleaned regularly, not only for the machine’s care but also for food standards and safety issues.
Without proper cleaning, maintenance and servicing, your ice machine can become a lovely little home for mould and bacteria. It’s not a nice thought when you are drinking that. Yuck!
Depending on the size of your unit will depend on how many satchels are required to carry out a clean on your unit.
Recommended quantity used:
- Ice Production up to 30kgs x1 satchel
- Ice Production up to 50kgs x2 satchels
- Ice Production up to 100kgs x3 satchels
- Ice Production up to 160kgs x4 satchels
